I can't understand why Marduk's sounds have to be so exaggeratedly heavy and pumped up like a race engine, while on live their sound is real, genuine, raw and thin but well vibrating, as any old school Black Metal ought to be. Here we have another example of a band that's better on live than in studio and another example of fucking music business and fucking labels who tell the bands what sound to obtain in studio.
Awesome song ! pretty new to Marduk, I love his voice but my preference goes to Abbath, I love grim vocals, so my question is : is there any other Black Metal band that has such a singer who has a GRIM VOICE ? caus Abbath really is awesome !
@burns01 Well, Abbath's vocals are influenced by Bathory, so that's probably what I'd recommend if you want something else than Immortal. On the other hand... There is only one Abbath ;)

Legion was a nice chap and a good showman; Marduk does not need either of these things. Mortus' vocals are, in my opinion, much better for Marduk than Legion's.
Marduk are not dead yet. Listen to last albums like Plague Angel or Rom 5:12 (with the new singer) and come once again to say that they're dead. Even if Legion was an important part of Marduk, they're still alive and their last album is a great proof of this.
@CKiev - i agree 100%. all Marduk albums are good in their own way, but Mortuus brings a new angle to the band, his vocals are the SICKEST bm vocals i've ever heard. and you can hear some of the riffs he's contributed, as they sound like Funeral Mist material. HAIL MARDUK!!!! \,,/
