artemiev grew up and played most of his rugby in ireland he even played for the ireland u-19 team. i remember reading news articles a few years ago of the predicted irish team for the 2011 world cup and artemiev was predicted to be playing full back. for some reason he's wasnt allowed play for ireland does anyone know the reason why?
