After he missed a penalty against france during euro 96 (i believe) the netherlands didnt went through because of that penalty and everyone blamed him for that. you cannot compare clarence and davids. two completely different types of players. What I will say in regards to clarence is that he has been one of the most technically gifted players to have ever worn a Milan shirt. At his best, not even Kaka' could dribble like Clarence. An absolute joy to watch and one of the rare breed of players who were just born comfortable with a ball at their feet.

The 1995 Ajax Generation of players were much better then the current dutch world cup finalists. Edwin van der Sar, Edgar Davids, Michael Reiziger, Clarence Seedorf, Marc Overmars, Patrick Kluivert and the de Boer twins are much more talented then the current bunch.
