This is TANK! Wish I could play this.. I get an awful clanking noise when my string hits the fretboard when I slap.. could it be that my action is too low? I like having low action, but if I heighten it a bit, will it feel different to play when fretting notes? and would it make my slapping sound better? :-/

It doesn't matter if the video is sped up, he has shit technique either way.

His videos are most certaintly not sped up. A, it's not that hard to play it fast, and B, there are subtleties that show that he's playing at regular speed. IE, the second pop of the 5th fret on the D after the first hammer on, it's very quick and cut short. This is because his finger is already moving before the note has a chance to ring out. If this was played slowly and sped up, the note would be much more pronounced and legato.
