Worlds best wooden coaster. Smooth, fast, tall, quick lift, I put my hands down from the first drop thinking it would hit the top bar lol. Some guys hat flew off going about 2 as high than the coaster its self. Great ride

@Braydo131 There was damage to the launch on a rollback that also damaged the train. It has been closed for 2 months and may or may not open next year. Hopefully it will.

@MrWeaselmonster It will definitely reopen. It's their prized possession. They would never let a minor rollback halt operations completely. It actually happened just after the ride first opened in 2005. Fixable, but requires parts to be sent in from the manufacturer, which can take a while, and lots of testing. It'll be open in April, don't worry :-)

I love the back best on the drop, but I love the airtime you get over the hills way towards the front a little better. But then in the back you get it better when you go over the mini-drop at 1:01

Basically, wherever you sit, this thing is dam freaking crazy and amazing

@myfanw there is alot of airtime and im 11 years old and this was intense for me so much i said that i am not going on a wooden rollercoaster again my back hurt when i breathed in my ribs hurt and my whole body was tensed up anytime i moved i hurt. but my neighbor that is the father of my friends that came with us hes super nice so he gave me a masage i felt a little better so if u get hurt on that ride take my advice and get a massage

Did this ride yesterday. I rode every coaster there except Kingda Ka, and this one was easily the best out of all of them. The very first drop after the initial climb is scary as hell. It was a GREAT coaster.

This is a great example of what cedar point should do to the son of beast, replace the track with all new prefabricated wood track, add some 90 degree turns, a steeper drop, add the loop back into the ride, and hell why not add a cable lift to the top too, and that will give cedar fair a good competitor against the el toro.
