  • Hmph I've seen a plenty of pronghorn jump fences...

  • I have seen a full grown antelope come up to a fence about as high as the one in the video and flat foot jump it from a stand still. Might not prefer or like to jump fences but they can.

  • why dont chickens cross roads anymore? because mcdonalds insurance doesnt cover them xD :) look up how mcnuggets are made its so funny ;D and :( so sad proghorn was my top 3 fave north american aminal(yes aminal:]) next to the cougar and moose :D

  • Pronghorn DO jump fences... just saw one do it yesterday (live in Wyoming). They are not as graceful as a deer, but they do indeed jump. Likely the height of the fence and stress of the herd was causing difficulty here.

  • @nmaines

Indeed. Antelope can jump but as adults it's very dangerous for them. Contributing to their ability to run as fast as they do, their lower legs are entirely different (ie. much lighter with a bone structure more akin to a human fore-arm than deer or elk) and a full grown adult stands a high chance to break their legs upon landing. That is why they rarely jump even in the best of circumstances.

  • Thats terrible!

  • Kind of reminds me and my physical ability. Hey maybe I was a pronghorn reincarnated. LOL I'm a fast runner but I can't jump high for shit. LOL

  • This is NOT funny. It's sad.

  • HAHA there looking for a way to get over funny
