I have a free 2.5 hour introductory course at the 3photoshop website. It's called 'A Beginner's Guide to Photoshop Elements 6'. The course featured here is longer, more detailed and costs £12.99 ($19) to download.

I'm not one to sit through lengthy video courses, but just having downloaded Elements 9 and seen what others can do with the program, I'll stick it out and learn the program through your videos if it kills me !!
