@kylehpa Yeah, you're absolutely right! I completely misheard that. The narrator's intonation of the word "character" sounds like a statement, not a question. I gave the ad men too much credit in putting together a play on the words "animal" and "character", which would make sense in relation to the topic of "what makes you trust a company." Trust is an "animal" emotion, and your trust of someone pertains to their "character." Thus my confusion. Sorry!

TRUST?? I was recently quoted a great price on a policy. So, I signed up. Then my prior ins info became an issue. I sent the info 3 times (not including the time I sent it during the quoting process)!!! After the 3rd time, I get an email, my rates doubled!! I called customer service looking for assistance, none was offered. I really feeI I was taken advantage of. If I cancel... I did the math, I will pay over $200 for only 2wks of coverage. Epic fail for not doing research on the company.

What makes you trust a company, a talking animal character, how fancy/many there commercials are, what customers say?

Ironically, due the variety of esurance commercials, the (unpaid) (customers) at the end of this commercial, and especially to the talking animal character at 0:09, I too am a proud (customer) of esurance.

I do trust friendly animals though, no matter who's commercial they're on :)
