  • Uh... it's all about the carbs.

    Sugar. More sugar. HFCS (High-Fructose Corn Syrup), juices (fruit juice has as much sugar, oz. per oz. as soda pop, sometimes MORE), refined flours, etc...

    Cut out the sugars and refined carbs, and you'll be AMAZED what happens. Get your carbs from natural sources, like say... VEGGIES. Go easy on fruit - use it as the occasional treat, not as a 5-serving a day thing...
