I am working closely with Jpizzle to try to get Youtube staff to address this problem once and for all and to address and correct all the grievances of partners including Jpizzle and myself by reversing false flags on all of our videos and restoring wrongfully deleted videos and removing wrongful strikes on our accounts. Our two shows alone which includes Jpizzle and me, account for nearly 50,000,000 total video views alone as the two primary microwaves shows on Youtube.

K.I. I hear you loud an clear buddy, and while a union would help, I think (and this is my opinion, I'm just a viewer, not a producer) people need to write and complain to Youtube to update their flagging methods and criteria.  I suppose a union (or Facebook group for that matter) would help in that it would create a forum for people to join together. I would hesitate to call it a union though, due to the negative connotations that people assign to that word. Best of luck!

Everybody, go to dailymotion. Kenny, please mirror everything and become a partner with dailymotion. This should combat those flaggers as dailymotion does review videos. They actually have a human support team and forbids google from purchasing them. Google has tried 5 times (last time I checked), but has failed.

MrRootbrian, Dailymotion does not have a real paid partner program, they just give you more bandwidth and a couple extra features. Dailymotion and all the other video sharing services are vastly inferior compared to Youtube. Youtube has always been and will always be the best but we need to focus more on encouraging Youtube to correct it's flaws instead of running away to other smaller and lousy video sharing services.

Camcorder- I think the more people are finally begining to figure out my microwave show was the 1st & original. It's just an absolute impossibabilty because of that fact for my show to rip Jpizzle. It's a broken site but when you wiki that name you get furwiki which explains it. It sounds like a rather disturbing site. Even that being the case there is still no definitive evidence Garret is involved in animal fetishes & even if he is two wrongs do not make a right. Animal fetishes is an awful abuse but so is false flagging shows on Youtube because Youtube has a flaw.

Yes lla26, I know about Moneymaster93. He is hateful racist sob. I ended up blocking him from my show too. Apparently the more I have researched this activity the more I have discovered that Jpizzle is as much a victim as I am and has suffered three major attacks that I am aware of in the last few months. They also got him suspended twice in the past and one time it apparently was with a false copyright strike. He was able to reverse that and get his show back on in a couple days at the time.

I reported this user in the partner help forum and they ignored it and allowed the false flags to remain valid and the troll account to exist. Agreed CoolDudeClem, They took my video down for microwave watches under the "dangerous acts" reason and issued a strike against my account. I did notice despite the original 5 star rated popularity of the video it received bad rating attacks just hours before they took the video down. The same rating attacks occurred on other video before being flagged too. All my videos are done in a controlled environment of an armored metal plated one ton robot & all state do not attempt experiments at home.

They have also improved the copyright issues by being more specific to users in their TOS and revenue submissions guidelines which has helped. Still not perfect, they have come along ways on those issues. The problem they have yet to really address is blatant flag abuse & the uncontrolled propagation of hater &flagging groups. They need massive improvement there

I suspect that when a video is flagged the YouTube server automatically puts a strike against the user without any human intervension at all, it's most likely automated, but what would I know given that I only watch videos on YouTube and haven't posted any videos since I started my account in July last year.

we all need to give youtube a week without any use at all. That will send a message to them. How many can we get to (not close accounts) not use it for a week? Talking to other partners will hopefully do something. This is why I use viddler and dailymotion.

They also need to address the problems relating to customer care, customer communication & interaction with their clients for an improved Youtube community. Rarely does my complaints get addressed and quite frequently I get ignored. At the very least there should be limited phone support or effective email support. They could actually sub-contract this out to people working at home & it would cost them nothing for rent other than the wages and it would pay off for Youtube & it's users relations

The issue here, is Youtube getting their false flagging pest problem under control because of it's very destructive to entertainers that work very hard to produce great content for Youtube who clearly abide by TOS.

On the PS3 video was a world wide hit with more than 250,000 hits even in it's flagged status. It would have had millions of hits otherwise. Same goes for the Gameboy Advance Microwaving and others.

That is where the problem is. All the other video sharing sites are garbage compared to Youtube however smaller video sharing sites have figured out effective ways to combat false flagging groups & haters including wrongful take downs by pre-approving every video submitted to their sites without risk to the producer of loosing their show. Every time Youtube gives into false flaggery they deprive themselves of income with their partners. Even Jpizzle got attacked by these guys a couple months ago

Youtube seriously needs to stop giving into flag abuse when a video clearly does not violate anything. It hurts their users, their partners and Youtube and everyone loses in the end.

They must really take it personally but they must realize all the TV shows, films etc, all have perfectly good stuff get ruined for their entertainment when they watch TV or Buy tickets at the cinema. Why should shows on the web not be allowed to do the same thing? After all, the viewers donate the majority of items that get microwaved. I take it one step further instead of letting destruction be the final result, I make artwork out of microwaving items.

Youtube is being very, very biased and selective when it comes to taking down videos. The $50,000 rolex? Someone's just butt hurt because they don't like seeing something so valuable get destroyed. Same goes for the PS3 video and so on.

If you don't like the blasted video, don't watch it! Why is that so hard to do?
