@skeligandrew It's a long and complicated story, but to put it short:
Our theater went digital and they were going to scrap all of the 35mm machines. I talked to the owner (I've known him for 10+ years now) and he agreed to let me have one of the machines. Later on though, he upgraded the 35mm at his house to digital and we decided it would be better if I got his (as it's much smaller and runs on 110v instead of 480v)
No offense but always check the tags before asking those kinds of questions. It's a 35mm film projector. I got that from looking at the tags. What year is it from, aka what model? Is it a replica of an old movie projector? No clue as to that...

@p51Dvswhateverthatis This projector is actually made from parts of two different models of projector. The sound head and the turret assembly are from a Strong SuperHighLight II and the lamp housing and base are from an older Strong projector model (don't remember the name at the moment.) The sound head and turret assembly were built in 1999, and I'm unsure about the rest.
