@dicksonlee882002 he's in an English speaking country so he should expect to be asked a question in English also its his responsibility to request a Cantonese speaking customs official not border security their job is to make sure that you aren't carrying anything illegal or have a valid reason for entering the country it has nothing to do with with nationality if I went to France I would expect to be asked the same questions regarding drugs and so forth in French for obvious reasons.

To my experience, Australia Government Custom Officals are barbarians. Even they behave very nice but they lack of international common sense. I think this man act like a nut to play the custom officer. From the eyes of this man, he is smart not a nut. And finually this custom offical cannot find any drugs or illegal stuff within this man so this Australia custom officer is nut and not polite at all. If this custom officer suspects this man any against the law she should put him in custom.
