it comes down to it adrian smith and dave murray have totaly different styles of work, smith is alot more bluesy as murray is more trills and legato based. adrian smith and dave murray are the best combination of guitarists in rock and roll history to date. maiden has been based on 2 styles of guitar work and that is why 30 odd years on they still sell albums and sell out arenas, very few bends have 6 members who can write, even nicko and thats why its always bar the blaze years have been epic

Sorry, Bruce's voice bites in this one. I realize he is in his "golden years" (bad pun mates) however, he just can't hit the high notes we all love on the album.
