I hit the top score at my bar tonight using the cross-eye method, although it was only 320k. Its an old machine, so the pictures kinda sucked. It does make it way easier. It just takes some getting used to.
For those of you who believe this is bullshit...it's not. He's simply using double vision. (Hold your hand in front of your face and look off into the distance...you see two of your hand). He can control it and lay the images on top of one another. Once that is done any difference shows up as an ever noticeable transparency. I myself can do this, and have over the course of an hour and a half in a bar completed over 650 photo hunts in a row for a score of over 9 million.
i'm calling bullshit. if you listen (and look) to well over half his screens/levels, he touches the screen and it makes a successful "find" sounds, but no green circle shows up. unless this is some timing trick i am unaware of, this game is rigged and the score is null.
other notes:
1. Why the hell is "Bring It On" being played on some TV nearby?
2. Why the hell do I know that its Bring It On... ; )
Wow i finally decided to look this up... I figured there wouldn't be too many people out there that could top 600,000, but I qualify... and there's even a technical term for the skill I use to do it. Why would this "stereopsis" be considered a cheat? It's a crazy awesome skill. People falsely accuse me of memorizing all the time. This is a fun way to show off. It might be my only true skill in life.

I personally consider it a cheat because there's no true processing going on, you're just seeing the differences pop out. Actually, after 520,000 or so points it does get pretty difficult even with the usage of Stereopsis... I just broke 620,000 the other day with a lucky run! Sometimes even with Stereopsis, obvious differences are still hard to see.
But type "chimp outperforms human" in your Youtube search window to get the video of an experiment that suggests that an ape might be better than you at a task like this ...
once the time limit starts hauling ass, its pretty difficult to keep up, especially when the touch can't keep up with our touches, if the touch screen can pick up multiple touches at the same time i could never lose...
this is called, Stereopsis, such as crossing ones eyes, will reveal differences as floating images, i know because i can do the same thing, you can throw any picture at us, and we see all the differences within 1 second, it amazes people.

It deffinately takes eye control that most people can't master. I've never met anyone in person that can do the same thing. I've won many many free drinks doing this trick.
It's a simple technique. Cross your eyes until the pictures are in focus together. Anything that doesn't match exactly will stick out like a sore thumb.
Cross your eyes so that it looks like you're looking at something close to your face. Keep objects that are further away in focus so that it appears as if there are two of the same objects. This also works for the magic-eye pictures.

You just watch it like you see a 3D stereo scopic photo. Try to watch that 2 pics becomes 1 pics. Then you will see a differrent point. ^^
