Not all of the songs are written about Miley. Joe and Kevin write the songs as well as Nick. He isn't alone and besides their music is left up to interpretation of the person listening to it. Nick may have been thinking of Miley while writing it but the doesn't mean Kevin and Joe were too. They have their own personal lives.
