  • @13thunderwolf thanks thooo

  • I'm 20 years old and I still watch this movie and love it.

  • I always hate seeing Milo trapped in that pit because it makes me sad as well as his cries.

  • I love this soundtrack!!!

  • this is great

  • I love the King Cotton march, it fits this scene well.

  • i named my cat after milo. ironically my friend got a pug a few years ago. XD she named it bubbles though.

  • I love this part! GO OTIS!!!!

  • im always amazed how old movies have real and well trained animals but now insted of taking the time to train animals they use computer animationics =( i wish they made more movies like this one and babe!

  • @1Vampireand1angel But it took them 3 years to do the training and the filiming... 3 years..

  • @deividas56 it is still better than the trash movies they have now

  • King Cotton March, the greatest march song in a rescue situation. The last part of the song when everyone played was legitmate. Yes, I love "Milo and Otis" they ruled.

  • @AMEwrestl

    Agreed.

  • i loved the background music! sounds like a parade of dogs and cats.

  • @MegaJeremiah69 AAUGH! Me too! It's SO cut! LUV the video! ^.^

  • I love the background song, fav movie!!! I watch it everyday!

  • @mayandpjshow really? u must hav a lot ov free time

  • Well, it kinda stopped after a week, and now I only watch it once or twice a week, but seriously dude, I'm 11.

  • What song is playing when Otis comes to the rescue? I heard it played the other day at some parade thing and wondered what it's actual title was.

  • this movie is so amazing!

how did they get the animals to do all this?!

  • @BlueZephyr16 Well it took them 3 years to film this! lol!

  • LOL This movie is so great for kids.

  • jesus christ the song is terrifying.

  • fuck yes it is, I haven't seen this movie in years and the music still haunts me

  • I'm 20, I grew up with this video. I still have it on VHS. And it is still one of my favorites. Classic. I am just impressed with this movie, the fact that it had taken over 4 years to make. One of my fav scenes is when Milo is tapping the crab asking Otis "do you think we can eat it?" "who would want to eat something that looks like that?" Or the chick that thought otis was his Mommy! LOL

  • it took long to make cuz Milo kept dying.

  • really oh man, that destorts my image of milo living in a big mansion living n caviar after making this

  • the 1 surviving Milo fell on some hard times. he turned to heroin and alcohol eventually ending up in rehab

  • lol

  • @YouEatTurds hahahahhaha

  • Anyone know this song/orchestra?

  • The American version of the film contains music by classical composers including: "Serenade" by Franz Schubert, "Appalachian Spring" by Aaron Copland, "Of Foreign Lands and People" from "Scenes from Childhood" by Robert Schumann, "King Cotton" by John Philip Sousa, "Auf Dem Wasser Zu Singen D 774" by Franz Schubert, "People With Long Ears" by Saint-Saëns, "Dialogue Between the Wind and the Waves" from "La Mer" by Debussy

  • "Perpetual Motion" by Johann Strauss II, "How Beautifully Blue the Sky" by Gilbert and Sullivan, "Waltz in A minor" by Frédéric Chopin, "Impromptu in B flat" by Schubert, and "Piano Concerto in A Minor op.54" by Edvard Grieg. The song "Walk Outside" by Dan Crow is also featured.

  • my daughter is absolutely captivated by this!

  • For a moment i was worried that milo wasnt going to make it out!

  • Can u possibly upload the scene with Milo and the deer? That's my favorite scene. So sweet and adorable.

  • I LOVE this movie soo much!!! I have it on DVD and still love it and i am turning 12 now but the part after this rescue scene really made me sad :'( i am not gonna spoil it for people who haven't watched it yet but trust me its sad and heart-warming.

  • oh yeah the one where otis leaves. :( i h8 tht prt

  • I always knew they edited this bad... milo is well out of the hole in one shot, but the next he is climbing out.

  • otis should have used a 4:1 block and tackle system.

  • they should make a milo and otis part 2.

  • saw this as a kid and loved it. one of my favorites growing up

  • That movie is so sweet and innocent. Even though it kind of looked like they slightly abused the animals by putting them in danger a lot.

  • @tsakherkuum I watched this as a kid and now as I watch it as an adult, I feel the same way. They threw a cat off a waterfall. holy shit! This was obviously waaaay before PETA!

  • this movie gives me more of a range of emotions then any other movie EVER.

  • me and my friend used to watch this movie every weekend I LOVE IT, it brings back the best memories!

  • saw this movie few days ago

  • Damn at 3:27 it looks like they tied the rope to his neck for a second. Look at his body language. It looks like he was yanked up and his was using his paw to stop it. =/

  • MILO AND OTIS FTW OH GOD

  • my, what a random hole in the ground.

  • This movie is really cool.

  • I love this movie

  • That music is so funny.

  • I've sadly never seen this movie, but I'm already in love with it. Especially 1:38-1:53 because the meow/bark music is soo EPIC!!!

  • I want the part where Otis is running and he's like "here comes the dog" and falls in a hole! it's hilarious!!!

or when the momma cat is talking in the begining and is like "again and again how many times do i have to tell you!? don't walk on the chickens!!!"

just how dudley says it is hilarious!!!

  • yeah the narrator was great

  • omg i love this movie

  • Milo and otis are so sweet, I love milo :D

  • who's the narrator?

    allan cummings

  • no this is Dudley Moore

  • I love the king cotton march with the animals lol its so dumb

  • Do you have the scene where Milo fights the bear inside of the shack?

  • ong my friend thinks that this clip is funny && her sister's friend watched the whole movie && started crying! (i know, it's not sad at all!) lol

  • Oh man, I really loved this movie so much...

Very nice, I really wish some one would post the whole movie or something. One of my favorite movies as a child but it makes me so sad...

  • omg!! i love the movie milo and otis!

  • Cute, it looks like Milo was just playing with the rope and that's how they got him to keep holding on, like it was a toy. ^^ I notice his movements and eye expression from our kitties.

  • VIVA MEXICO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love Milo and Otis, with or without stupid music.

  • What horrible music. Seems like they changed it for the english version.

  • I bet you're one of those japanophiles.

  • it like 2:02 mark milo is thinking wtf does he want me to do with this

  • How do you compare the original "Koneko Monogatari" to "Milo & Otis"? The original movie did not have the silly music you heard in the clip, instead it was simply plain narrated and some peaceful music in the background.

  • It was originally Japanese? Man, I never knew. I want to watch it even more. Anyway, is the original movie still able to be found?

  • You may find it as Koneko Monogatari/Adventures of Chatran on Ebay or Google it for the import version. It's in Japanese anyway. But it has more footage than the "Milo & Otis" movie and some scenes may be hard to watch in the original.

  • me too!! where can I get it on dvd. It was one of my fave movies as a kid!!!!

  • It's $4.99 at Wal-Mart.

  • I want more milo and otis
