  • inappropriate place for the conditioning exercises. it would be better if you add weights on the ball.

  • the first exercise .....good for basketball

  • This sucks....that aint a real workout..

  • These are conditioning exercises.

  • thans for the advice, and by the way, nice house

  • i like using the first straight up and down motion as a nice warm up. It loosens up my knees and back before i go into heavier lunges, squats and/or deadlifts

  • what's up with the Architecture Digest decor?can't help admire it and forgetting about the exercise routine!

  • OMFG who this guy can do this??? He could at least read just a litle about LOW BACK PAIN. STOP DOING THOSE ROTATIONAL MOVIMENTS with weight. U can injury someone with LBP.

  • if someone can't pick up a 7 kg med ball and twist with it they should check into the nearest hospital, this stuff is way basic and super easy...Just a step up from sleeping for an athlete, but what with the decor ha ha

  • Some of these so called EXPERTS are ridiculous

  • I loved it-just stating so want to go slow

  • I doubt that kids parents were very suprised when he came out of the closet on Christmas break.

  • shortly after this video was shot, the Holiday Inn security was called and he was escorted out of the lobby

  • the medicine ball is a great way to workout.

  • This is the kind of complete nonsense I'd actually expect from "expert village".

You know I tried going to their website. Apparently, in order to be an expert village "expert", all you have to do is register. Its free. Put in your name, email address, and say what you're an expert in and thats it. They dont do any checks to make sure you're qualified in what you say you're an expert in. That might explain some of these videos.

  • nice crib dude

  • best medicine ball training vid on youtube.

  • That's a good exercise but not how medicine balls were originally intended to be used. You could accomplish the same thing with a weight plate or dumbbell. View "Dynamax movement-based medicine ball training." It explains what med balls were originally intended for.

  • helpful thanks

  • Nice video! How much does the med ball weigh?
