Did you hand cut the plastic or the material for the nails? Or can you buy them already like that...and if so where?

@AverageDinosaurr I purchase them like that. I brought them on Ebay. If you do a search on Ebay for "Nail Practice Display Stand" you should find them. They come in two sizes I think one with 64 nails and one with 32 nails.
