  • IN HONER OF THE USSR!

  • Andy did a great job at launching that,I was 11 when we launched that,I'm 17 now and still doing launches with my Nike smoke with a M1279

  • wow

  • Spectacular! One of the most impressive launches I've seen.

  • ok that is the best model rocket launch i ever seen :)

  • something tells me motors with a little more oomph than blackjacks should've been used. looked spectacular tho :P

  • hahah, the music in the background, sounds like some kind of russian..:P

  • It is! It's the old USSR National Anthem!

  • It didn't get very far being so big.

  • I was there!! hahaha Awesome flight

  • Get out of our reasonable videos and go be a jerk somewhere else, troll.

  • impressive to say the least

  • That was awesome!

  • that went perfect very impressive!!!

  • There is this thing called a "tripod". It's used for cameras, especially for video cameras. I highly suggest you get one so that your viewers don't

    suffer from motion sickness.

  • Very nice !!

  • That was very very cool. Nicely done.

  • is that rocket rusable or is it like an replica?

  • reusable*

  • This was actually the 2nd and final flight, it was given to a university engineering class.

  • Yea... thats the right stuff that is!

  • I could watch this ad infinitum. Sergei Korolev would be proud.

  • most excellent!

  • Beautiful flight! Not the highest rocket on the range, but altitude isn't everything. Great video.

  • I Was There!

  • very cool

  • AWESOME! "doesn't get any better than that folks!" lol

  • W O W !!!!!!!!!!!holy molly,s u p er!!!!

  • One of the most amazing launches I've seen. AWESOME video.

  • what kind of fuel did they use for the boosters?

  • Dry propellant - Cesseroni reloads

  • Guys this is the best launch I have ever seen! Respect!

  • Maybe the best launch I have ever seen!!

  • Absolutly stunning! What a beautiful rocket! The closest any of will ever come to seeing that cluster separation. Thanks for posting!

  • Great flight and video. Also this was NSL not Plaster Blaster.

  • No, NSL's flight (May of 2005) used regular CTI motors and produced a white plume. 1 of the boosters hung up and didn't separate.

  • Fantastic flight! Fantastic video!

  • 18 CTI Smokey Sams, 2 CTI Regular, all K class. Every motor lit. One of the boosters failed to deploy a chute and plunged to it's untimely demise.

  • Nice para. stages. What were the motors? Some black jack - smoky sams in the 0 stages? L750s? :)
