  • Does game have a save battery?

  • @mugenmahboi88 No but a decent player can go from beginning to end in 30-40 mins. It's pretty short but extreamly fun. Oh an please don't waist your time with Re-shelled if you can get this version or even the Genesis one (hyperstone Hiest).

  • @vacts25 So You're saying if I turn the game off while I'm in many other levels, I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN the next time I play it??!!

  • @mugenmahboi88 Yep welcome to 16-bit beat'em ups.

  • @vacts25 That is really ridiculious, wouldn't it kill the authors of this game to even have a password or an auto-save for once, don't you agree?

  • @mugenmahboi88 Nope I don't. Like I said it's a short and extreamly fun game. Maybe there is a stage select code I'm not aware of but I really just love popping this in when I got 20mins. to kill.

  • @vacts25 How many stages are there? will it just take an hour to beat? Hope fully there is a stage select code when I buy the game and attempt it.

  • @mugenmahboi88 If I recall correctly there are 6 stages with a boss fight at the end of each one. The final boss has no level to play through.

  • @vacts25 Ok, then how many minutes did it take you to beat it? the whole game.

  • @mugenmahboi88 About 30-40mins. Depending on how well you do against some of the bosses. Krang tends to take the longest for me to beat.

  • @vacts25 The spaceship one and the super suit one?

  • @mugenmahboi88 Spaceship one. His suit battle is fairly easy.us

  • @vacts25 Oh.... hopefully, I will keep my cool when I buy the game and not worry so much because well, I like saving progresses in games. The game must take an hour to beat or so.

  • @mugenmahboi88 Unless you are going to raise the difficulty (which you do need to in order to get the real ending) you won't need a full hour. Just remember when buying these kind of games. They are meant to be home versions of the arcade experience. Meaning no save points, lots of action, fun to play alone or with friends, and to get the full arcade feel pump up the difficulty to "kick your ass" hard.

  • @mugenmahboi88 Wow after answering all you questions I can't get it off my mind lol. Time to fire up the SNES!

  • @vacts25 Eh... I'll get the game later this week and I hope the game will be worth it even if it doesn't save... like Cool Spot for example, he never saves any progress or uses passwords since my sis owns that game...

  • @mugenmahboi88 You'll find most SNES games outside the RPG's will not have saves. Some have level select codes. Just remember most games of that era weren't the huge 6-60 hour adventures we get today.

  • @vacts25 Yeah, games today last alot shorter, and I see many games don't have saves but I just like it that way. Hopefully, it's worth it.

  • This game is a classic, still the best!

  • Yes it is and I was thrilled when I heard about the HD remake coming to Xbox Live and PSN I'm hoping it has online so I can go threw with people and get the feeling of being back in the arcade.

  • It should be coming to Wii also. Such a wonderful game, ive been saying for years it should be updated, but updated RIGHT! :D

  • As far as I heard it's going to be the same game just with updated graphics and minor tweaks to game play so it runs smoother. Kind of what Capcom did with Bionic Commando.

  • im cool with that!! :D

    I love this game!!

  • whoa they did a remake of turtles in time??? it must be the re-shelled one

  • This looks great! I got to get this game at my pawn shop!

  • I can't stress this enough... if you have access to this game PLAY IT! PLAY IT AND LOVE IT! I strongly believe this is the best "beat'em up" game ever created I have been playing this sence I was a kid and still play to this day! My daughter tried it ounce and now she is hooked! The turtles got the treatment they deserved in this game and no game has ever done them justice sence. This is a must play for every fan of TMNT, SNES, brawlers, comic books, and cartoons. PLAY IT AND LOVE IT!
