Brilliant Earl! Brother it's so hard to look at how deeply unloving my thoughts are. Being honest does lighten it up. lol. Then I can begin w the HS to dispel & release. But it's ugly.to see all the unloving people I've drawn to me.This is what I think of myself? wow. Yet watching it slowly transform as I practice choosing forgiving,loving thoughts...hope returns.
The control ? was off the hook! You soared clear above it..When you sat back down the light was almost blinding...
