When I was a kid, I would see those career earnings and think "These people make a lot of money". As it turns out, they have a lot of on road expenses. The top 64 earn barely enough money to keep going. Those who do better have to save some money to protect against bad swings. When people have good swings, they need to remember that HUGE bad swings occur as well.
