As a vladimir player with over 600 games, I don't think that build is ideal...

Vladimir NEEDS spellvamp to be Chuck Norris. In midgame, I can spam my E with max stacks, without losing any HP. Your heal with Q is just insane.

Also, there's this think with the boots. If you lane against a squishy, or your enemy team isn't tanky tough, get CDR Boots. Otherwise, get sorcerers.

The only def you get is from your passive and spellvamp. I wouldn't even buying heart of gold... more AP to farm better...
