Witches don't believe in the devil, don't drink blood, don't call up demons (come on, they're not THAT stupid!) and thier entire religion revolves around nature and espically cats! Some believe that they share a special and spiritual connection with an animal, which is called thier familiar. Do ur research before u say something like that dude. Seriously, wiccans (what u call witches) might take that in offense. :<

Yeah I think any religion is just a form of strength for the weak minded.. That's just the way I see it, I'm not saying that's what it IS. So yes, in my eyes, the whole idea of 'God' is pretentious.

I see it as a sort of insecurity.. Like people need to believe that there is something more to life than this. That there is a greater force in life, God, and that really they're subconciously scared that there isn't. That there isn't much more to life than what already meets the eye. That's just how I see religion.. Something to hold onto.
