Sounds great. I would rather have the malty, nutty beers than super hoppy bitter beers. I only have a 6 pack left of my last batch of brown, my first ever homebrew, so I will have to brew this recipe next.

Mine was 1 can 3.3lb amber

2lb amber DME

8oz caramel 60L

6oz carapils

4oz chocolate

Hops, 1oz williamette at each 60,15,5

With Nottingham yeast

1046 OG 1010 FG 5.9%ABV
