i know the outer dome was for protection while you worked on the house. but if you lived in a cold area, could keep it up to act like a green house (would cut heating bill to almost nothing) or if in a hot area, could cover with that fine mess camo net/screen, and once again would cut your AC bill down to next to nothing. waste of space, but hey if built right it would work. anyway nice video
What if you could build a Monolithic dome with 2,600 sq ft of living space, costs 10% of a the average home to build, and provides protection and efficiency from its 24in thick wall? Watch A HOME FIT FOR ROYALTY
it lacks REAR support, as well as frontal pistons required to properly lube the inner columns. this kind of dome technology is lacking and disappointing. like ChrisHenry's bear. (in comparison to most Northern-American black bears.)
hell, i can make bigger domes in the trunk of my subaru.

this is old-school dome construction.

Thanks for the questions. The purpose of this outer dome is to protect the inside of the home during the restoration process.

@FullerDomeHome Cool, looks like it'd make a great greenhouse after the restoration.

Not sure why this was done. Does it help with insulation cost in the winter to have a second dome???
