Rena's the kinda character i'd be in a Star Ocean game. A healer, but instead of being a sucky fighter with a staff, i can at least deal some damage to the occasional boss's minion with fist weapons, i want to be able to defend myself, but i still want to be support.

I've seen some of your boss battles randomly. The game looks promising, but I want to make sure it can entertain me for a while. Could you please tell me how many hours this game will probably last? I also heard about replayability, so it's going to last a while huh?

Hmm.. I'd say 25-40 hours depending on the person. It does have some replay value. You cannot get all characters in one playthrough; recruiting one character will lock out another, two characters' recruitment depend on the main character you chose at new game, etc. There's also three difficulties, which the latter two cannot be obtained until after you kill 2,000 enemies.

Holy crap you can do combos in SO2 for the PSP? Dang, almost makes me want to buy a PSP since the PSX version LACKS combos as far as I know (I might be wrong on this, but it seems that way). Also the Voice acting during story scenes makes this scene way better, as without VAs and portraits it's kinda blah.

@HeimdaIlr well the sounds studders a bit from time to time and the fps couter on the top of the screen remote joy was buggy back then
