  • I actually own this DVD, it has brought much improvement to my ground game. In this DVD Ron K shows you great little tricks to add in to moves you alreayd most likely know if you are a serious grappler. anyways I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DVD FOR THE SERIOUS MARTIAL ARTIST.

  • though grappling isnt a practical self defense, it is a worthy choice in martial arts that will enable you to choose wisely when attacked. you cant go wrong learning from these guys.

  • Come on down to the school man. There is a lot of money in MMA now a days. I have good connections in MMA fighting. Once you learn how to fight and get conditioned that is.
