@jadachris2 i give respect on an individual basis when it is earned. the only people i'll respect before actually knowing them is medics, JTACs, and the pilots who make the steel rain.
@ArmyCC90 What aggravates me is "some" of these other branches are always talking shit about Security Forces. When are they gonna realize our mission is different then theres. We may not be infantry but who cares? If you joined to be infantry congrats and you have my respect but stop downgrading what everyone else does. Every afpc/mos that the military has is needed so instead of seeing whos balls are bigger why dont you try respecting your brother/sister in arms!
Those VN guys were fucked up too. The didn't listen to a word of what we tried to teach them about the area. That may explain why they killed two kids earlier this year.
Hah. Those guys couldn't patrol their way out of a paper bag. We ran Parwan when we were there. I talked to one of those guys on a shuttle. Tried to tell me he was Airforce Infantry. They will never be anything close to infantry. Hell, when one of our platoons got hit before RP-ing at ECP-10 the Air Fairies in the towers were freaking out thinking the base was getting overran and the sky was falling down.
I wouldn't trust them in combat, especially when they've got women doing that stuff.

@trooper1082 Hey, at least they aint FOBBITS like the paper work guys, they get combat every now and then, nothing like infantry but like I said not as bab as pencil pushing.
@trooper1082 well were not grunts but at least we put our work in and see combat every now and then and hell i love the paper pushers in the air force they make sure all my finance and records and education and my basic necessities are squared away that way i can focus on my job rather than personal issues
Son is Air Force Security Forces and is being deployed in September to Bagram for 6 months
