I work for a large company with over 100 manufacturing plants in the US (and world wide) with both union and non-union (our plant) operations. In the past 10 years, our plant cut health care benefits, raised premiums. Vacation time can no longer be scheduled by the employee unless management approves the days off. A fellow employee (over 30 years with the Co.,had 4 weeks earned time), took off for doctors tests: the company refused his use of vacation, wrote him up for attendence. Sad but true.

I work for a large company with over 100 manufacturing plants in the US (and world wide) with both union and non-union (our plant) operations. In the past 10 years, our plant cut health care benefits, raised premiums. Vacation time can no longer be scheduled by the employee unless management approves the days off. A fellow employee (over 30 years with the Co.,had 4 weeks earned time), took off for doctors tests: the company refused his use of vacation, wrote him up for attendence. Sad but true.

Union bullies...need a police officer to tell them to get out of the way of a truck that is backing up. What a bunch of clowns. They need to prepare their children and grandchildren for a lower standard of living they they have enjoyed.

The problem isn't union supporters or anti-unionists. The problem is polarization that results in union-loyalists causing vandalism and union opposers attacking picket lines.
