1. You caught Cresselia. If you caught Cresselia this glitch won't work.

2. Your character is Female. If your character is Female, it won't work.

3. Your trying it on Platinum. It only works for Diamond and Pearl.

@iPaddyable Once you get the national pokedex from Prof. Oak go to that house right above the sailor. His son is in the house and you will find out that he is sick. Now go talk to the sailor and he will tell you to go to Fullmoon Island.
