This is one of my favorites. I have this cd and you'd think there was nothing but this on it 'cause I listen to it over and over. I love to listen to it while driving. It's fun to swing dance to it also.  Today's music doesn't even compare, not by a long shot!!!! This 63 year old grandma still likes her rock and roll. I'm stuck in an old body, but my soul is young....who's that old lady looking back at me in the mirror??

I might be wrong, but doesn't the drummer have the right to the name now? So many of the original guys are dead. I think the Mole is still around as well as other guitarists who briefly played with them (Harvey Mandel and Walter Trout). Anyway, I am sure this is the drummer here. That's all the Canned Heat we are going to get.

"The Mole" is not only alive and one of today's top blues bass players, he's also the one playing the bass in this video.

FWIW, I have seen them play in this lineup and IMHO it was the best and most entertaining Canned Heat I have ever seen or heard ... YMMV.

Canned Heat was constantly replacing members throughout theit whole career so this is not more or less canned heat as any other version of the band.

I see. It took a minute before I recognized him. I love how he throws his whole body into the beat. There is a video of them at Montreux with a different bass player, with all the heads in the band bobbing along to the beat. Thanks for pointing out the Mole here.

Thanks, I love Mr. Junior Watson. Always have.Also before I new it was him. Just Enjoing the guitar player behind William Clarke and others, found out that it was Watson some 20 years ago.
