No you are wrong!I think it is the PC version with AdLib sound card, without digital effects. :D The emperor is speech only with SoundBlaster card. Dune - The building of a dinasty....Ohhh my God! I played with this game so so much! :DDD

Hmm, you are missing the talking voices from this one.. Emperor had voice, and it had a woman talking the lines there you know...
But this is not the us version "building of a dynasty", so no wonder if it just had been scrapped out :p
