Great army buddy! Sorry to hear about the condition. Have you thought about one of those machines to flip you over? The one where you hang upside down and you stretch you back and spine. That might help realign you spine and fix the pinch. Worth checking out. Hope that helps.

@Generalsplatton that sounds expensive I did find a device called "back to life" which is supposed to streatch your spine for about 200 bucks...Im thinking about picking that up.

@hereticofyew I really don't know anything about them, really. For all I know, it may be the worst thing you can do. I just thought I would pass it along. I WOULD consult some other doctors though!
