  • That dash 80 can still hold her own!

  • Stunning, just stunning. Forever Boeing!

  • it just shows how much aviation has improved!

  • !Great Memories of The Legend [Dash 80] and [B707]one of The Best Aircraft...Wonderful Video And Beautiful along with 777,Wonderful And Beautiful Music///

  • Wow! Still a beautiful jet. Thanks

  • is this seattle?

  • WONDERFULL, BEATTIFULL , THIS MUSIC.

  • Great video. Just think, the old Dash 80 at full power will probably still travel at .98 of Mach. It's still as fast as any modern commercial airliner.

  • beautiful machines. so elegant!

  • i thought the dash 80 was in a museum?

  • Dear 777 pilot... enjoy the TCAS from the 707 :)

  • was that Oasis of the Seas at the bottom right? it would be double awesome if it was.

  • I'd like to see boeing do one where all versions of their boeing planes from the 707 to the 787 fly together. That would be amazing.

  • Music track appears to be "A Morning in a China Garden", Conny Conrad from the album, Dreamworld, Vol. 1, on CoCo records.

  • One of those GE90-115B's has greater power than those four JT3D combined -- by a factor of 1.69...

  • wow..

  • What I would give to see that 777 follow Tex Johnston and the Dash-80 through a formation barrel roll high over Seattle. Such a sexy aircraft to usher in the Jet Age!

  • 2:10-3:25. The B707 is flying alongside the B777-300ER and I think this was made around 2001

  • Excellent animation.

  • @itsmegp46 It isn't an animation

  • @03Wale Yes it is. If this plane was in fact the Dash 80, where is the dirty smokey exhaust. The plane has the original turbojet engines. Actually any jet engine from that era belched a lot of exhaust smoke.

  • @itsmegp46 No way this is an animation, look clearly at it

  • @03Wale I did. It is animation.

  • @itsmegp46 Suit yourself

  • Actually that would be a Dash 80B, as it appears to be fitted with JT3D turbofan engines. Were the original JT3 turbojets no longer available, or were they not used due to excessive noise?

  • @GCarty80 Actually the 367-80 was fitted with JT3D engines in the early 1960s when Boeing offered them on 707Bs and 720Bs. The engine type was never removed. I know the aircraft was fitted first with JT3C engines, then it tested JT4As, and later the JT3D. I don't think there was a good reason to return to the earlier turbo jet powerplants. The aircraft is still also fitted with the Intercontinental 707 wing, which was another development that the 367-80 tested.

  • What beautiful airplanes !....but then I think an old Piper J3 is a beautiful airplane too and definitely a Stearman biplane.

  • What a beautiful, graceful video!

  • WOOOOOOOOW
