this reminds me sooooo much of Shugo Chara. (the main characture charcterizes with 4 of her ppl. *green, blue, pink, and yellow* plz make yellow of urs)
The only slight criticism I have would be that you could use a few more frames at some parts to make it a bit smoother.
This is-- by far!-- probably the best, most original, and most well thought out fan transformations I've seen on Youtube. I'm not saying this lightly, it truly is inspiring! I see a lot of traced ones (which is unfortunate), but this is way better than any of those.
I also really love the ending pose! Not to mention the originality in the outfit.
