there's no contest dude...... phentermine will win hands down on ... pounds lost.....
i know... ive been there...... no appetite equals pounds lost.....
working out...... equals very healthy huge appetite.....
your best bet is to lose the pounds FIRST....phentermine or without...doesnt matter.... once the excess pounds are GONE.... you would then hit the gym to maintain your slim size and stay in great shape.... that is the order... if you hit the gym to lose weight.... it is not happening
