there is another way to do this. once you defeat the goron elder and get occoo, warp out go back to faron and do the same method as in early forest temple, but go to the sacred grove ledge

You CAN beat the game with Midna in the cursed state. Just do this glitch and beat lakebed temple while you're in twilight.

( So beat EVERY tear but DON'T grab the last one. ) Clear lanaryu and Midna is still able to warp ore warp things.

it adds interesting things for some people (myself included) to be able to sequence break, especially if it involves doing something you're not supposed to be able to do (glitching, basically). once you play a game so many times it can get boring, but when people are always finding new glitches and sequence breaks, its something new to try, which makes it fun again (im not saying TP isnt fun by any means, its badass)

i will soon be posting a video response to prove my point. i would have loved to get the master sword as my first, but there's always dead ends. and by time you get the master sword early, there's only one temple to go b4 you do get it in the storyline. ( 2, if you know how to CD-Stream). either way, there is really no point to getting the master sword early.

ok, i finally was able to do this glitch without messing up. i played the game through and got to the part where you're supposed to unlock the temple of time. but when i got to the sacred grove, its like it reset itself. only now, i can't get through any of the walls. the howling stones don't work cuz i allready did them. LETS FACE IT, THERE IS NO GOOD WAY TO GET THE MASTER SWORD EARLY. and there is no point either to the ways that do exsist. they all have dead ends.

No, I didn't use an action replay. Besides, there isn't any kind of cheating device available for the Wii at the moment. This type of damage boosting isn't easy to do. You need to position yourself at the right place and you have to jump attack at the right time. I suggest that you should try my Earliest Sacred Grove glitch; it requires no bombs and is much easier.

yes, but you have to do it before you beat LBT. There's a lone crate in Lake Hylia (it sits in a puddle near the secret cave...) Pick it up and bring it all the way to the Zora dude. Position yourself by the guy, with you back towards the water, equip the Iron Boots, look with C and press A.

I did. lol. I thought about it heaps a few weeks ago. I was going to mention it a while back but I didn't think it'd work at all... So I never tried it out. :P well I never thought of the whole suicide thing that FierceMaster found which is uber cool. No, the bomb doesn't prevent a freeze. Actually, there wasn't really a purpose for putting a bomb there, neither jumping around and throwing bombs after landing on the platform before the Sacred Grove. Anyway, I wanted it to look like Link pulled the Master Sword out of the bomb, oh well...

What the hell does this mean for a speedrun exactly? It's likely to fix the EMS issue, but it sounds like it requires way too much backtracking to be worthwhile. Sure on the Cube you can LJA instead of my CD-Stream Fyrus skip, but it would take like 4 minutes to do so.
