  • It's June 2011. Do you still use this camera? Has it held up? If not, what do you use now? Thanks, gary.

  • @srfnff I still have that camera and it works although i had some problems of water getting in the lens so i am not sure i would advise you to buy it. i now use my canon rebel t1i for filming but it cant go underwater unless you have a waterproof housing which costs more than the camera itself..i guess nowadays you still have to choose between having a great quality camera or a all around camera that can film in any conditions.

  • I miss living in Hawaii =( stuck in ugly Michigan now >.<

  • Can u use it in pools?

  • That's the time of day when most shark attacks happen bro! lol

  • The sky looks so nice!

  • Eu quero uma! Não tenho a certeza de onde se vendem em Portugal..

  • que formato de video da?

Cuanto pesa el video? ej: 30 minutos un 1Gb

  • I just a Sanyo Xacti and its terible as soon as the sun is down a little. And bad with manmade light

    amazing in day though

  • how well does it shoot indoors? also, how many minutes of footage can you take and what size is the memory card? thanks

  • Just came back from the Maldives where I spent 6 days snorkeling. Got the WH1 just before the trip. I uploaded 4 vids taken with the WH1 underwater. No problem at all with any water getting inside the lens... The camera dries real quick too. I just followed the manual which suggested to let the camera dry every hour for 10 mins.

The camera came with a so-called waterproof 8Gb class 2 SDHC mem card. Replaced it with a 16Gb Class 6 SDHC card which did the trick.

  • é portugues tuga

  • vei vc é brasileiro?

  • it has a nice zoom but i had some problems using it underwater... and i wouldn't trust dropping it on the sand although it looks tougher than regular camcorders.

  • What kind of problems underwater? I am getting one soon and I still edgy about using it underwater or in the rain.

  • the water got in the lens

  • yea but did u use it at the beach

  • @dtyson3 yea the cams sick!

  • Very nice footage..would you recommend this camcorder for shooting footage from the beach. Like the idea of sand not wrecking the camera..

  • do you think the 2megapixels are a problem?

  • yes, I don't use this for pictures at all.

  • lets put it at this my cellphone takes mega pixel pictures and they r still blurry only use it as a camcorder
