@disneyworldcrazy1 That's because I turned on that channel that was broadcasting it after it had begun. But someone else uploaded the entire thing on here, just search for 'Omnibus - Elizabeth Taylor' and you will see the beginning too.
It is simply hard to imagine a world without Elizabeth and all her kind doings for people. Especially those with HIV. She truly had a heart that matched her beauty.
RIP wonderful, beautiful, talented, one of a kind Elizabeth Taylor! You've been and are loved and adored! From Russia with much appreciation for who you are and have been.
Great to hear her talk about acting. Not so great to see her "acting" over Mike Todd's death. Too much. But as this was after her brain surgery. Her control was never quite the same again. However for real emotion, try to get a hold of her interview for "60 Minutes" right after Princess Diana's death. Now THAT is heartbreaking.
I adore this documentary because it's Liz Taylor talking ABOUT ACTING, which is why we all really love her, she was an amazing actress, and she rarely got the chance to actually talk about her technique(she does have one, a very visceral, instinctive one) for acting. Amazing.
I just love the way she talks, it's like so many different characters speaking through her, that is why she's such a great actress, you hear her anecdotes and you are literally transported to that experience, and end up almost knowing exactly what she went through, such power for capturing and reflecting moments, such a genius.
I sincerely appreciate and love Elizabeth Taylor. I think she's the real queen of Hollywood. And OMG, I cried so hard in this one. Thanks for posting!
They say that he was the only man she truly loved out of all of her husbands. She's clearly upset even after all of those years. She asks why she wasn't on that plane-because she had to take care of another Michael later.
Anyone that dislikes Elizabeth Taylor has no soul.
