This is a beautiful song. I remember hearing this song when i was about 8 years old in 1973 and thinking what a beautiful soft voice. I've been an Elvis fan since i was 6.
He really looked handsome in 68 and 69. Comparing it to the early 60s and 50s, his hair was all combed backwards. But here his hair was flat with a little bangs at the front with the huge sideburns and long hair at the back.
he was incredible handsome and beautiful, even my brother who never really liked him told me one time that he never had seen a man such as beautiful as elvis. and its true..this wonderful video really prooves it. just imagine if we could have our friend during the 70`s looking like -69 style...imagine the shows...omg i need to sit down lol..thanks jackie love this tune
Thanks If for sending me this beautiful video. Jackie sure does have and make some wounderful videos with fantastic photos of E.Again a big thank you to Jackie for sharing all these wounderful videos with us. Elvis is such a wounderful man.God Bless and Take Care
Elvis is my dear friend. It is a real honor to have Elvis as a friend. I would have supported Elvis through everything. Elvis was so misunderstood. Elvis is a wonderful man and my friend. I love Elvis.
"Jackiej61too" What ever you do is simply the Best. The Best quality, best pictures, Always I could look at text of songs (in every song of Elvis) With pleasure I can listen and watch fot that. THANK YOU !!!
Thank you orkan2004 from Poland. I appreciate your compliments. You are very kind. I just want to show Elvis the best I can. Thanks for looking for my videos. ELVIS FOREVER
Comparatively songs of yesterdays particularly during the Elvis era seems to be timeless and remain relevant unlike most of the current songs that comes and go without meaning and attitude. Now we know why these songs are called OLDIES but the GOODIES. They are very much part of our lives
Written by Chris Arnold, Geoffrey Morrow, and David Martin. Elvis recorded it on March 5, 1969 at Decca Recording Studios at Universal City. It was supposed to be used in the 1969 film Change of Habit, but was cut from the film. It is available on the Live a Little, Love a Little-The Trouble With Girls-Change of Habit soundtrack and Lets Be Friends, which is where this version is from.
This is such a very fabulous and underrated song. I own the 2006 re-issue of the "Let's Be Friends" album from 1970. There'll never be another Elvis. This video is absolutely perfect in every way, 10 Stars as always Jackie.
Excellent as always, my friend.

Elvis at Decca was very unusual, but at the time Decca belonged to Universal where the King made CHANGE OF HABIT.
