wow we used to go into mexico but won't anymore when we started hearing about them throwing people in jail if they find a bullet in their truck under the seat they didn't even know was there. one guy went to mexican pris for 18 yrs over taking the wrong exit into juarez not even knowing there was a bullet under his seat from i guess a hunting excursion he'd had weeks before. lol that sucked i'm sure.
There is very little crime on the Canadian Border. The Canadian Immigration officers are bored, as they don't have much crime to fight. So, they nitpick, and question the hell out of you. They do not have to allow US Citizens into Canada if the US Citizen has a DUI on their record. It was a pain in the ass going into Canada and I got held up for 20 minutes while those bored, cold, anal retentive pricks searched my car and asked me stupid questions. I'll never go back.

I was taken to the hospital as an american and they ran x-rays, gave me medicine, and of this was free of charge. And it was a good hospital, like the ones here.
