I used to be a diehard Howie fan, would listen to him every day at work. When he went to Sirius, I got an XM and started listening to O&A who I didn't like at first. I gotta disagree with you on one thing. Stern has openly mocked O&A several times. O&A has fired back on numerous occasions. And while I agree that O&A's terrestrial show was lame as hell, the satellite show is much better than Stern's. I like both shows, but Stern was better on free radio, O&A are better on satellite.

I used to be a diehard Howie fan, would listen to him every day at work. When he went to Sirius, I got an XM and started listening to O&A who I didn't like at first. Now I think O&A are borderline genius. I tried to listen to Howard on a long trip when O&A weren't on, and I found Howie unlistenable. I'm not saying Stern fans should stop listening, but in my opinion O&A have lapped him. Just because they don't get the ratings doesn't mean they have a better product.

I gotta disagree with you on one thing. Stern has openly mocked O&A several times. O&A has fired back on numerous occasions. And while I agree that O&A's terrestrial show was lame as hell, the satellite show is much better than Stern's. Simply because Stern was at his best when he had the proverbial "envelope" to push constantly. He doesn't have that on satellite, which has led to pretty lame shows. I like both shows, but Stern was better on free radio, O&A are better on satellite.

im a big stern fan and i try very hard to like their show. im not so lame that i would hate their show because im a stern fan. their show is god awful and just hacky. i wish i liked it I would have two radio shows to listen to. they fucking suck
