  • Just epic.

    Hails from France !

  • The guy's vocals sound so much like Mikael Akerfeldt's in their earlier albums like Orchid and Morningrise

  • This is absolutely brilliant no matter how you categorize it. The dramatic keyboards, epic vocal and guitar arrangements, just brilliant. \m/

  • perfect!....

i think this guy is one of the most talented musicians in blck metal!...

  • @Thanatos881 This is not black metal. This is Norwegian folk metal at its very best.

  • oh dudes, isnt there a song who isnt just fucking better then everything ive listend!

    i just fucking love this!

  • I wish this song had an actual fiddle

  • "PengaR vaR det dåRlig med 25 kRoneR hadde han med".

"Skarring".. Hmm. Sounds like the dialect of Bergen to me. Well, anyway, what a nice tune! I especially like what happens to the priest! I guess priests as the one in this song have ruined many nice parties throughout the ages!

"Det var ikke siste gangen han spilte opp til dans!!"

  • @Sonatanian Hvor kommer du fra? Lars kommer fra Ringerike i Buskerud, det heter han har ikke Bergens dialekt.

  • @Sturmtreiben Living in Bergen for the moment in fact :)

  • I really enjoy this song. Simply fantastic.

    Great lyrics ;)

  • It is archaic/lyrical norwegian. The english translation would be "My father's fiddle" or "the fiddle of my father"

  • more accurately "the fiddle after my father"

  • how is it archaic? I am told it is the dialect of Ringerike

  • archaic: the use of a form of speech or writing that is no longer current. But perhaps you are right... =)

  • Fiddle after father, that's what it means, kinda wierd x)

  • Weird*

  • It's archaic/lyrical norwegian. The english translation would be: "my father's fiddle" or "the fiddle of my father"

  • Hail from Quebec!

  • jó kis pagan blekk metül:D
