  • 1:05 and 2:50 those exercises are great but he is gonna snap his back one day.

If he doesent start keeping his back arched. Remember to keep your back arched while performing exercises like sqauts deadlifts bent rows.

  • @piet259

Are you trolling? If not then you have no Idea what you are talking about. You are more prone to injury rolling your back. If you keep it straight you utilize all of your lower back, hip, thigh and forearm muscles for Deadlifting.

  • great video

  • vince man was wondering what u can recommend for someone skinny desperately trying to put on weight and muscle. Ive been working out for almost a year and have seen very little results. i am take a shake after workouts called myoplex 42g. I really want to know what i should do to put on some hard muscle. Please give me some advice. Im currently 17 years old 6'1 and weigh about 134lb...FEEDBACK FEEDBACK FEEDBACK

  • hard to get past the pirates of the caribbean theme haha

  • How do the reps work for non-weight exercises? The chin-ups, sit-ups, back extension, etc? Do you just do those until you can't do anymore for each set? I mean 5 sets of 5 chin-ups doesn't even seem like it would do anything.

  • if this is all in one day this will most definetly cause you to lose muscle as a ectomorph. we should only be in the gym 45 mins tops, you burn calories faster therefore if you do all this in one go youll go into catabolism half way through your workout and will get negative results rather than positive.

  • All that in one day? And can I do bicep curls instead of pull-ups?

  • @hlgblurred

(assuming you meant chinups not pullups - they're different) doing a chinup involves a lot more muscles than just your biceps. Its a compound exercise so I would stick to doing pullups.

  • Thank you so much for this video. But can you confirm that there is no direct biceps workout at all?

  • @kindyroot Pull ups and rows work the biceps.

  • @zdo5p the main muscle you work on when you do pull ups is the back muscles (latisimus dorsi),of cours there are allso sinergist muscles-the biceps works as a sinergist only if you do the pull ups using lower grip

  • @kindyroot the biceps is a small muscle, therefore it doesent need a complete workout focused on it,however when you want to work your biceps you just need to do arm curl, there are different ways do it (standing/sitting,using a bar/single weights, using a machine or a cable)

  • What's next after 6 weeks? I guess I can just share you this site that offers a variety of programs for losing weight, gaining muscles or toning every inch of your body. I think these programs are for free so just check it yourself. I'm going through one program. Check my profile to view the site, I can't post it here.

  • Do you not work biceps?

  • Hello, What do you think is the best way to split these excersices into 3 days? or the idea is to do them every day? Please, make this point clear for me. Thanks ;)

  • I don't understand... shouldn't you start easy, and finish hard. Why do 15 reps in the first 2 weeks, then 10 in the next 2 weeks, then 5 reps in the last 2 weeks... am I missing something?

  • @elementcs13

yes i think so, "you gotta increase the weight"! thats what he doesnt state actually is after the first two week you should have a struggle to 10 it shouldnt be light!

    lift heavy lift hard!

  • @elementcs13

Hi there! There's a reason for it, the rep counts are set like that because it follows the principles of undulating periodization, a method of training which Vince likes.

I don't have all the space here to explain this concept, if you want to find out more, do visit my site (I can't post the exact url or else there will be an error) and look through the comments section where I explain more in depth there.

    Cheers!

  • @ectomorphworkoutorg can u please tell me what r sets and wat r reps cuz im a newbie and i want to pack on muscle. i dont get how many u have to do.

    thanks

  • @kurdman12345678 Hi Kurdman!

For instance, you do 3 sets of 8 reps (1 set of 8 rep, rest, 1 more set, rest, then 1 final set). You can visit my site to learn much more about bodybuilding :)

  • @elementcs13

Hey! Do use the 2nd link in the video description because I summarize the video there and recommend how you could split up your routine. :)

  • @elementcs13 It's basically working all your different muscle fibres, 15 is going to mainly build endurance, 10 more mass, and 5 more strength, this is a good way to work all your muscle fibres and get maximum results.

  • @elementcs13 keep in mind that when you do less reps you should work with more weight, that's what makes it harder

  • ur music puts me to sleep...haha

  • haha He's a pirate... I like it ;)

  • GOOD WORKOUT TUNE :)
