According to ICD-10 and DCM4, you will see that Asberger and Schziotypal personality disorder is a ipossible combination. If a psyciatrist has given a co-diagnose like that, i would have asked for a new evaluation, because Asberger and Schziotypal personality disorder is a contradictive set of diagnosis.
@Snabelfaen I had misdiagnosis of "Asperger traits with a complex personality" schziotypal/schziod PDs can co-exist with Autism. Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder which I have been diagnosed with High-Functioning Autism (not Asperger's Syndrome), schziotypal/schziod PD are mental health personality disorders which Autistic people are prone to getting its part of the Autism "Fruit Salad" please checkout my other videos and those of Donna Williams.
@Snabelfaen I would like to add further that Schziotypal & Schziod are Mental Health Personality Disorders which anybody can develop, but people on the Autism spectrum are more prone to having these. The diagnostic barriers should not be put up because someone with Autism displays these Mental Health Personality Disorders. I suggest you revise your thinking and check up my earlier videos about my atypical development.
