Beijing Olympics is a reward for the hardworking Chinese.Although I am not in agreement with many of Chinese authoritarian system,and I am not a communist,I am fully proud of the reformist movement in the last twenty years,which has contribute to the peace of the world. A San Francisco Chinese American.

I think the protesters have managed to highlight their point very well. That it would be good to tone it down now. Like 1xueren say "I am fully proud of the reformist movement in the last twenty years" therefore we should all trust that the China Govt will in future peacefully and satisfactorily solve all problems within the One China Policy. I am sure China will host a great and memorable Olympics Games which will reflect the greatness of its people,culture and Country.

China has come a long way over the past few decades. The propoganda has to stop however!

China has lost signficant amount of status in the world just with the way they have handled the Olympic protests. Rather than embracing the world and having discussion China extends stern finger and scold everyone.

Sorry, but I will not be watching Olympics this year. Too much controversy.
