Are they just plain mirrors (and not concave) reflecting to the tower or solar panels reflecting to the tower? Thank you

600 plain mirrors for the medium tower (PS10, 10Mw), each about 50 square meters
the big tower (PS20) is 20Megawatts , 1200 mirrors
