That was good black pudding with nice lumps of fat in it.The only black pudding I can buy now has no fat in it.So if there is any mail order company that sells good fat black pudding please let me know and I will order some.

Getting hungry over here in the DK, black puds are part of our traditions too we just call them "blood sausage" (blodpølse - the "ø" pronounced like the "U" in "urgent" just shorter). :-9

Love it. There are different variations all over the world.  We have a very similar version in the carribean. A case of nose to tail eating. Waste nothing. These dishes are making a comeback.
