I don't think it is scare tactics. I consider these teaching not for the unsaved but for those who are saved. These are deeper studies that are meant for those christians who who like to swim with whales, and by that, I mean delve deeper into the Word of God than the average believer or unbeliever.

How can Hell exist and there be a place or dimension that is entirely seperated from The Lord......if he is omni prescent (everywhere)?
